Late Arrival Instructions
The following instructions are intended for guests arriving after 08:30pm.
If you are arriving prior to this time, check-in procedure is, as per usual, via our main entrance to Reception.
Prior to arrival
Please download our Guest Registration Form, complete and return via email to taupo@silverfernlodge.co.nz
On Arrival
Your room keys are held inside of our Key Safe, located on right side of main entrance which is in the undercover car park. Enter your 4-5 Digit number (received from hotel) into the Key Safe pin pad to obtain your Room Key.
On Departure
If departing before 8 am please inform Reception the day prior and drop your keys into the ‘Drop Box’ which is on the right side in the Reception.
